Hi! To begin with, not every mod will show up in the in-game mod menu, as that menu shows only the .esp,.esm (and I think the .esl) files. So mods that do things such as only changing textures won't show up, as they don't require a .esm, esp, or .esl, for the game to recognize them. To get a mod to work with EU4 from Steam Workshop you follow these steps: 1: Subscribe to the Mod through Steam. 2: Run EU4, it will be told by Steam a new mod is ready for download, EU4 will ask for it to be downloaded. 3: Wait a few minutes for the mod to be downloaded by Steam, you can exit EU4 and Steam will still download it. 4: When Steam has had time to download it, run EU4 again and Europa Universalis IV - Extended Timeline Modification v.Final - Game mod - Download. I ask this because, having a paradox account I attempted a direct download of a mod I wanted from Paradoxplaza (as I have heard that this fixes the issue). However it still isn't showing up, despite me placing it in: "Documents/Paradox Interactive/Europa Universalis IV/ mod" (I run on windows)
